I am an Executive Coach with more than 3000 hours experience in Coaching at Senior Level, in multinational and cross-cultural environments .
With a background of Clinical Psychology, I started my career in the Financial sector

I use a variety of approaches acquired through continuous development and the ongoing search for innovative approaches. I can use a wide range of concepts and tools, however my interventions are never led by the methodology.
